Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and the choices you have. Plain words, no small print.
Who we are
heyseoweb ("we", "us") runs heyseoweb.com and the website previews on its subdomains. For anything about your personal information, email ally@heyseoweb.com.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. Your address and whatever you write, so we can reply. Kept while we are talking and for up to two years after, then deleted.
- Analytics, only if you accept. If you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, the device and browser, and an approximate location — so we can see what works. Choose "Essential only" and it never loads. See the cookie policy.
- Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and keep them safe from abuse.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or ask for more than we need.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare — hosting and security.
- Microsoft (Clarity) — analytics, only with your consent.
- Our email provider — to receive and send email.
Each processes data for us under its own terms and may do so outside your country, with the safeguards those terms provide.
Website previews of local businesses
We build preview websites for some local businesses using details they have already made public on their Google Business Profile: the business name, address, phone number, opening hours, categories and rating. We do this because we think it may interest them as a potential customer. Previews are not listed in search engines. If you own a business and want a preview changed or removed, email ally@heyseoweb.com and we will take it down.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time with Cookie settings. Email ally@heyseoweb.com; we reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children.
